About the Service

Norrix provides cloud build infrastructure, OTA update management, and app store submission automation for NativeScript applications, along with related developer tooling and analytics.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• If you join an organization, its administrators may manage your access and view account-related information.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of your code, app assets, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant Norrix a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service, including building, signing, distributing, and delivering updates.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass security, or access non-public areas.
• Do not upload or distribute malware, abusive content, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Do not use the Service to reverse engineer or benchmark without permission.

Plans, Billing, and Trials

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, usage limits, and plan details are described on the pricing page. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in a specific offer.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including cloud hosting, payment processing, and app store platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, use the Service in a way that risks harm, or if required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Norrix is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
